At Elizabeth Valley Yoga you’ll get fit, flexible and strong. 

We offers classes taught in the Iyengar tradition.

Week by week students will be guided through a structured sequence of postures (asanas) and breathe control (pranayama) designed to develop flexibility, strength, and improve general wellbeing. Students lacking flexibility will be aided by the use of various pieces of equipment known as props.

Elizabeth Valley Yoga offers a modern, air conditioned, well equipped studio located on 8 hectares of natural bush land in the Elizabeth Valley, Noonamah.
